PECR/GDPR Compliance

Our email marketing activities are compliant with the PECR (amended by the GDPR) as detailed in the Direct Marketing Guidelines (v2.3 published on 06-03-2018) posted on the Information Commissioner's Office website. All of our email newsletters contain a monitored "reply to" email address, a live telephone number, and an "unsubscribe" link.

We work with a third party email marketing company under contract. They send out the email newsletters on our behalf using industry-standard email broadcasting software and practices and they are not allowed to use your contact information for any other purposes.

 

Your Right To Cancel

We recognise that you may not wish to continue to receive our email newsletters and we respect your right to cancel at any time. Pressing the unsubscribe link in the email newsletter that we sent to you will stop future editions being sent to that email address. It is standard email marketing practice to store all unsubscribed email addresses in a suppression list to prevent them from being accidentally added again in the future. However, if you wish us to remove your details completely then we will be happy to comply. Please contact us directly using our published telephone number or email address.
